I would like to recognize the men in the Walmart automotive department. After picking up some items at the Pittsburgh Mills Walmart I came out to a dead battery. I walked into the automotive department and asked if they were able to test a battery and provide a jump start if necessary. They said yes to both and began the diagnostics on my truck. The battery was in fact defective and only producing 200 of the recommended 700 amps. They were able to use a power pack to get the truck running and pulled it into the work bay. A new battery was installed, and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. This was great customer service and much appreciated on a 92 degree day!For Walmart management, George specifically, I applaud your team for the assistance they provided Thursday afternoon. 8/1/2024Gary Y.
