Poorly trained store staff. Indifferent to customer’s needs or concerns. Inventory control, at store level, non existent. Pharmacy staff exceedingly indifferent to customer. Very condescending manner especially toward elderly. There are a few staff members, very few, that care and understand that customer service is key to keeping the store open.
