The store manager, NATALIA, displayed extremely poor, dissatisfying, and untrustworthy customer service during my visit to the Hamburg store. I went into the store to find a particular item and she legitimately refused to help me locate it. She first told me the item was on a truck somewhere, before even looking the item up. Using the Staples website, I proceeded to show her that the item was available for in-store pickup, thus the item was in stock. When I asked for help to locate the item in store, she pointed to the back of the store and told me to go look for it myself. She even suggested I should look through the crates of unshelved products scattered throughout the store, as if I was an employee. To this, I offered her a look of astonishment and bewilderment. I've never experienced such blatant rudeness and unwillingness from a manager. Even the cashier looked very uncomfortable and in dismay towards Natalia's comments and behavior.
