I pre ordered 7 bunches of yellow mum,s a week before my event. When I arrived on the designed pick up date 9/20, I was given different types of yellow flowers in place of all mums. They clerks says there is no garantee of getting the same type of flowers even though I pre orded one kind. What is funny is that I returned to the store an hour later in the day to find indeed there were yellow mums available.
