I have been shopping Menards since it opened. The service is progressively getting worse, and the department managers seem to have no more than a second grade education. I had one manager I went to that helped me with anything in the store, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After today ill never walk through the doors again. I was in the store for an hour and not 1 person offered to help.
