Hope this message gets thru,I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this store, so today (3/15/24) at 9am. Home Depot didn’t have enough lumber I needed I proceeded to check the inventory here.As soon as entering a service rep welcomed me with a huge smile and verbal welcome.I then went to isle where 2x12 x12’ lumber was and to my surprise there were 2 workers stocking lumber onto shelves.They both welcomed me and helped sift thru to best wood products.Then loaded onto my cart The cashier welcomed me again asking if we I found everything I needed and if someone helped me.Unbelievable as Home Depot disappeared as soon as I was checking lumber and never even made eye contact let alone verbal offer to help This store is so lucky to have excellent employees that care and are willing to back it up with help I asked employees why Home Depot didn’t have service like this and answered with a smile Incredible in this day of No Service stores that are always too busy to help customers Great Job !!!!
