I had the opportunity to meet a young man"Josh"at your CDA Lowe's store a few weeks back. He was not in the department I was looking for items in, however; he offered to help as he could! I was looking for the old fashioned clip on lamp shades and when there were none of the size I needed I asked Josh if he could help me order what I did need? I'm not the greatest with online ordering, but we were standing right next to one of your computers and Josh guided me through the ordering process of several items and did so happily and expediently! I may not have ordered the items if it were NOT for Josh's willingness to offer his assistance! After we completed that task I remembered I was interested in one of the Electric Fireplace models and although you had no more in the store we looked at the floor model. He confirmed there were no more in the store but suggested I could order it. I didn't do so at the time, but because of Josh's willingness to be so helpful and take charge attitude I feel confident when I come back to the store I can find Josh to help me or find one of your other helpful and knowledgeable staff members to do the same. It was a very good experience for me and reaffirmed there are truly"very good people"working at Lowe's!! Because of this I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Thank-you Josh and Merry Christmas to you All!!
