I went to HomeSense for the first time today and was so disappointed. I expected it to be a big beautiful HomeGoods store. I LOVE HomeGoods and shop there all the time, as well as Marshall's and JMAXX. HomeSense has the feeling like a junk store. It has an industrial feel throughout and shelving feels industrial as well. It does nothing to add to the display. The whole store was very messy and everything was all over the place, with rarely a rhyme or reason.. The store reminds me of Tuesday Morning. Same feel and I never go to that place either. Just junk. Sorry for the negative review but in my opinion, I will never go there again. Who eve planned this store in Pittsford would have done better if it was a huge, beautiful HomeGoods store. You missed the boat.
