My husband and I were in this store on Sunday looking for a tow bar. We did not see any but had looked online and were told they had 1 so we made the 2 hour trip to buy it. We were approached by a young man named TY. He looked then asked his supervisor and was told there was none. He then went to the computer and looked he returned and told me they would be on the truck Monday I thanked him for pursing all paths in finding the bar that was listed in stock on the website. All was good. I kept browsing finding other things of interest and my husband came and ask if I was ready. To my surprise he said that Ty had returned again and said in fact he had found the bar. We were very happy our 2 hour drive was a success! Ty had searched relentlessly not being satisfied himself, he went further and found the tow bar. I am exceptionally happy and pleased with Ty's work, his work ethic and his polite attitude and helpfulness.
