Love Costcos, been a member for decades.But this store is over-tasked, over-crowded, and uncomfortable, at any hour.Narrowing the aisles to add sales space made it even worse.

I love this store. I have been waiting forever for a Costco to be built in Surprise and was not disappointed. They are quite a good size. The parking is really good with plenty of handicap spaces. The one suggestion I would like to give is that they need to order a few more electric carts. There are a great deal of elderly people in this area, including myself and I can never get an electric cart. So please order more. Other than that I love this new store!!! ❤

Upgraded my card at the new Costco. Aiden in Customer Service helped me. He was really helpful and had great customer service. Love the store.
