Customer service was excellent. Tanya picked up a phone call from my wife inquiring about a carpet to match a small one we bought there. Tanya took it upon herself to locate the only one they had (and they have a LOT of carpets!) in stock, put it on a flat cart, and take it up front by the cash registers, leaving a note taped to the cart saying it was being picked up! And it was a heavy 8 X 10 rug!If she had a tip jar, I would've left her a tip!You should be proud to have Tanya as an employee, At Home! She was very diligent and professional!
